A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD DECLARING THE NCR 8250 COMPUTER
AND THE TWO NCR PRINTERS TO BE SURPLUS AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, the NCR 8250 computer and the two NCR printers
have become surplus to the needs of the City; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to sell
such equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
HEREBY DECLARES, ORDERS AND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The NCR 8250 Computer and the two NCR
Printers are found and determined to be surplus to the needs of
the City.
Section 2. The City Manager and his designee are
authorized and directed to cause the sale of the equipment at
such time and in such manner as is determined to be in the best
interest of the City.
Section 3. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
