Regular meeting April 2 1929
A regular meeting of the Tewn board of Ault Colo. was called to
order by Mayor Anderson at 8:00 P.M. on the above date.
Upon roll call tht following members reported present;-
Ehn,Hasbrouch,Petersen,McIntyre,Newman,and A.nderscn,Absent Duncan
The minutes of the previous meeting read and approved as read.
Communications were read and tabled.
The following bills were read by the finance committee and approved
by same.

the following Trustees colectively;-Mclntyre,Newman and Molander
all of whom signed their acceptances and filled them with the Clerk
Mr. Hasbrouck thanked the retiring Mayor for his work while in the
office and then spoke on the future of the city and it's improvements
Application for night watchman was made by C.E.Hubbard.Peterson
rncved,Newman seconded he be accepted. aaetion carried and 11r.Hubbard
was elected by acclimation. A11 voting aye, at roll call.
Mr. Tegtman made oral application for the position cf Day Marshall
McIntyre Moved,Peterson seconded that he be retained.On roll call
all voted aye.
There being applications of Martin Jensen and Hugh Delaney for
Park Supt.a ballet was taken by which Jensen recieved one vote and
Delaney four votes.Delaney was declared elected.
H.B.Smith made application for Town Clerk .Newman Troved,Ehn seconded
he be elected. At roll call all voted aye.
Tegtman nominated O.C.Mcl"illiams as Police Magistrate. clntyr.e moved
ffewman s econded, he be elected. Allvct ed aye at roll call.
City Health Officer was to be the sane as the County Health Officer
and as there had been no change,Dr.'cCain was retained.
The bill of Mr. Haas b reuck for two Water Works Extension Bonds amount in 9
:1040.0C was allowed. T hes e bonds were No. 25&26.
