A RESOLUTION OF THE C1TY COLm?CIL CF THE CITY
~ OF LYNWOOD UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING
~ CO'~MiISSION APPROVING COL7DITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
86093 TO ALLOW OFF-SALE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT
11118 LONG BEACH BOULEVARD, IN THE C-2A ZONE,
LYNWODD, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has received an application for
a Conditional Use Permit to allow off-sale beverages at subject address;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Corrunission of the City of Lynwood
conducted a public hearing concerning said application and based upon
specific findings, adopted its Resolution No. 2063 approving said
application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, pursuant to law, did, on November
4, 1986, hold a public hearing on the appeal filed by Mr. Raymond Chavira.
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find and determine
that Conditional Use Permit No. 86093 should be approved for the
following reasons:
A. The proposed location of conditional use will
not be detrirrental to the public welfare and
materially injurious to properties in the vicinity.
B. The proposed location of the conditional use is
adequate for the sale of alcoholic beverages.
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
uphold the decision of the Planning CorrQnission in approving said application
and affirms the findings of the Planning Commission in Resolution No. 2063.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of November, 1986.
