A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL APPROPRIA-
TION TO THE FISCAL YEAR 1986/87 OPERATING
BUDGET IN ORDER TO FUND A MANAGEMENT RETREAT.
~~ WHEREAS, a management retreat is a mechanism for
improving the City's management team; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of funding a
second management retreat; and
WHEREAS, costs for the management retreat are not
included in the FY 1986/87 Budget.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
Lynwood does herby find, proclaim, and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following additional appropriation:

Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at the regular meeting
