A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE FOLLOWING FUND TRANSFER
IN ORDER TO REPAY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR AN
OVERCHARGE
tn~;irREAS, the City of Lynwood did receive grant funds from
the State of California in order to implement a Hazard Elimination
Safety Program; and
,..,, WHEREAS, an audit of the program shows that the state was
i <werbilled $6,901.05 for the project; and

~vHEREAS, a refund of $6,901.05 is due to the State of
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby refund, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council does authorize staff to
reimburse to the State of California $6,901.05, which represents an
o~~erbilling.
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following fund transfers:

$6,901.05 $6,901.05
General Fund Unappropriated FAU Fund Unappropriated
Fund Balance Fund Balance
Section 3. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
