Newman moved,Molander seconded: -The clerk notify J.B.Carl to repaip the sidewell in front of his stcre.Motion carried. T -ere was a suggestion about placing a fire hose connection on the south side of thestreet at the J.B.Dooling building,but it was decided to pospone this for a while. Wm.Hobbs,A.W.Bever,J.M.Wa.its and Hugh Delaney made application for the position of Park Supt . L cIntyre moved,Anderson seconded: - To hire Hugh Delaney as Park Supt. at the salary of 95.00 per month and tb leave it to the Park. Comm.when he should comence.All voted aye. There was one application for Cem. Supt. Anderson moved,Newman seconded: -To hire Mr.Fiddler at the pay of ('15.00 per month.Upon roll call all voted aye. Molander moved,McIntyre seconded: -To give Mr. Tegtmann a raise in salary of `t10.00 per month,provided he stay for another year. Motion carried. MClntyre moved,Anderson seconded: -To adjnurn.Motion Carried. May 5 1931 Mayor Mayor Hasbrouck called the meeting to order at 7:50 P.M. Roll call showed the following members present:-Anderson,Ehn, Molander,Mclntyre & McCain.Newruan absent. The minutes of the regular meeting of April 7 were read and approved as read. Loren Walling spoke to the Board about the license for the picture show, saving that the show was not on a paying basis at present..McCain moved,Anderson seconded: -To leave the matter of the picture show license till Oct.lst,in order to see how the conditions developed.Upon roll call all voted aye: After the reading of the proposed ordinance,Mclntyre moved, Ehn seconded: -To pass the proposed Okeinsnce, regulating the speed of passenger trains and motor cars at 40 miles per hour and the freights at 25 miles per hours through the town and order it published in the Ault Booster and dtsigna.te it as No.95.Upon roll call, all voted aye.
