A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING AN ADDITIONAL
APPROPRIATION TO THE FISCAL YEAR 1986-87
BUDGET TO FUND A SPECIAL MAILER FOR THE
"MAYOR'S REPORT CARD"
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of having a
special mailer to give the residents of Lynwood an opportunity to
provide the Mayor with feedback on his job performance; and
~I WHEREAS, no funds were budgeted this fiscal year for
this purpose; and
WHEREAS, adequate unreserved funds are available to
produce this mailer.
NOW, THEREFOR, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
DOES HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following additional appropriations:

Fund Balance
Total $2,700
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
