A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO UNCIL,OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
UPHOLDING THE DECISION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROV-
ING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 86096 TO ALLOW OFF-SALE
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT 4363 IMPERIAL HIGHWAY, IN THE C-3
ZONE, LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has received an application f.or a Con-
ditional Use Permit to allow off-sale beverages at subject address;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of. the City of. Lynwood conducted a
public hearing concerning said application and, based upon specific findings,
adopted its Resolution No. 2073 approving said application;
WHEREAS, the City Council, pursuant to law, did, on December 16, 1986,
hold a public hearing on the appeal filed by Councilman E. L. Morris;
Section 1. The City Council does hereby find and determine that Con-
ditional Use Permit No. 86096 should be approved for the following reasons;
A. The proposed location of the Conditional Use will not be detri-
mental to the public welfare and materially injurious to~proper-
ties i.n the vicinity.
B. The proposed location of the Conditional Use is adequate for the
sale of alcoholic beverages.

Section 2. The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby uphold
the decision of the Planning Commission in approving said application.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1986.
