A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THF. FOLLOWING FUND TRANSFERS
AND APPROPRIATION FOR THE SLURRY SEAL PROTECT -
VARIOUS STREETS, FY 1986-87

WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of a more extensive
street maintenance program; and
WHEREAS, a Slurry Seal. Project is scheduled for
construction during fiscal year 1986-87, funded jointly by HCDA
and Gas Tax 2107; and
WHEREAS, there is adeyuate unexpended appropriations :in
the Gas Tax 2107 fund; and
WHEREAS, an additional $25,000 of Gax Tax 2107 funds will.
be added to offset higher construction costs.
NOW, THEREE'ORF., the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim and resolve as follows:
