A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AWARDING A BID TO CALIFORNIA WESTERN
ARBORIST, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $87,515 FOR
THE TREE MAINTENANCE PROJECT FOR FY 1986-87
WHEREAS, on October 21, 1986, the City Council
authorized staff to advertise for bids for the trimming; and
WHEREAS, a bid opening was held on January 9, 1987 and
California Western Arborist Inc. was the low bidder; and

I, the undersigned, City Clerk of. the City of. Lynwood,
do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Lynwood at a regular
meeting held on the 20th day of January 1987.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AWARDING A BID TO CALIFORNIA WESTERN
ARBORIST, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $87,515 FOR
THE TREE MAINTENANCE PROJECT FOR FY 1986-87
WHEREAS, on October 21, 1986, the City Council

WHEREAS, a reference check has revealed that the
contractor has a good reputation and the necessary experience in
the tree maintenance field.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the bid for the tree maintenance project
for FY 86-87 is awarded to California Western Arborist, Inc., in
the amount of $87,515 and that the Mayor is authorized to execute
the agreement.
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
