A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ESTABLISHING A METHOD OF SERVICE
DELIVERY AND AN APPROPRIATE FEE FOR REAL PROPERTY
REPORTS AND DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO PREPARE
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, on October 21, 1986, the City Council
adopted Ordinance No. 1280 making mandatory an inspection report
of real property prior to transfer of title; and
WHEREAS, staff was directed to establish procedures and
fees for processing the real property report; and
WHEREAS, staff proposed two alternative methods for
providing the service.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the service delivery method for
processing Real Property Reports is by City Staff with a fee of
$75.00.
Section 2. The City Attorney is directed to prepare
a resolution amending the fee schedule.
Section 3. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of
