A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYZv'~4O0D APPROPRIATING FOURTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
($14,000) FROM THE GENERAL FUND UNAPPROPRIATED FUND
BALANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF HIRING AN ENGINEERING FIRT~i
TO PERFORM DESIGN PHASE OF COGENERATION PROJECT OF NATATORIUM
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the design
of a Cogeneration system at the Natatorium,
WHEREAS, the Cogeneration system reflects a significant
investment,
WHEREP.S, the Cogeneration system will result in future
utility cost savings:

make the following appropriations:

Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
