A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE FOLLOWING FUND TRANSFERS AND APPROPRIATION
FOR THE ALLEY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (5-5063) FY 1.986-87.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of a more
extensive street maintenance program; and
WHEREAS, a $47,800, HCDA Funded, alley improvement
project is scheduled for construction during fiscal year 1986-87; and
WHEREAS, the bid opening was held on January 22,
1987, for the project; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder was Sully
Miller Contracting Company, Long Beach with a bid price of
$55,097.70; and
WHEREAS, an additional $20,000 of Gas Tax Fund (2:107)
will be added to offset higher 'construction costs and
contingency.
NOW, 1'FIF.REFORE, the. City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereUy find, proclaim and resolve as follows:

authorized to make the following transfers and additional appropri-ation:
