limited partnership, the Grantor, hereby grants and conveys unto the Cit of McC9.1 Idaho, an
Idaho municipal corporation, whose address is ,v1/ g. ark , M-frOLUAthe
Grantee, the real property located in Valley County, Idaho, described on Fxhibit A attached
hereto and incorporated herein, hereinafter referred to as the "Premises".
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Premises with its appurtenances, save and excepting
any and all water rights or rights to water, unto the Grantee, Grantee's successors and
assigns forever. This conveyance is made and accepted subject to any and all liens, claims
and encumbrances of record or otherwise existing against the Premises and the Grantee,
Grantees successors and assigns accept the Premises as is, without any warranty or
representations by Grantor of any kind or nature, expressed or implied.
