RESOLUTION NO. 86 -2434
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF A CONTRACT
WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES CONCERNING EXAMIN-
ATION OF TRACT MAPS AND PARCEL MAPS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Temple City
hereby notifies the Board of Supervisors that it desires to renew
the Agreement for Examination of Tract Maps and Parcel Maps
currently in effect between the County and the City for a five -
year period commencing on July 1, 1986, and requests the Board
of Supervisors to consent to the renewal of said Agreement sub-
ject to the terms and provisions thereof and to authorize County
departments to continue to provide the services requested pur-
suant to the existing Agreement for Examination of Tract Maps
and Parcel Maps.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 6th day of May, 1986.
