Regular Meeting June 4 1929
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hasbrouck at7:50 P.M.
The following; membersanswered. present:-Duncen,Ehn,Molsnder,McIntyre
Newman and Peterson. Absent none.
The minutes of previc-us regular meeting of "ay 7th and Special
meeting of May 13 were read and approved as read.
McIntyre moved,Molander seconded,The franchise cf the Telephone
Co. be passed for 1st reading and have the same published in the Ault
Booster according tc law. Upon roll call,all voted ave.The proposed
ordinance had its fierst reading.
Chief Knox talked to the board concerning the fire whistle,telling
them of it's poor service.Mclntyre moved,Ehn seconded: -The board
refer the matter to the Water Works committee and for them to have
the fire whistle taken down and cleaned. Upon roll call,all voted aye.
Newman moved,Molander seconded: -To notify Mrs.uart,that the Town
could not lower the pipe across the street to her place,because thf
her being out of the Town limits. At roll call,all voted aye.
The Mayor stated that Mr.Hine sent notice that his dump ground
was almost full and the Town must find a different one.
Newmah moved, E' n seconded: -The agreement between the Town of Milt
and Jeffie I . Wykert be recorded at the County Clerk's ffice at
Greeley. At roll call, allvoted aye.

second reading. All voted aye at roll cell. The proposed ordinance was
then read.

numbered 91. Upon roll call,all voted aye.
