The meeting was convened at 7:16 P.M. by the current Chair of the Committee, Councilman Hussey for the purpose of election of officers. Members of the Committee were present by roll call: Present: Kemna, Lester, Hussey, Fitzwater, Schreiber Absent: None Councilman Hussey opened the floor for nominations of Chair and Vice-Chair. Chair – Councilman Fitzwater nominated Councilman Hussey as Chair. Councilman Fitzwater motioned to cease nominations and elect Councilman Hussey by acclamation. Councilman Kemna seconded the motion. Councilman Hussey was elected unanimously. Vice-Chair – Councilman Schreiber nominated Councilman Fitzwater as Vice- Chair. Councilman Schreiber motioned to cease nominations and elect Councilman Fitzwater by acclamation. Councilman Kemna seconded the motion. Councilman Fitzwater was elected unanimously. Determine Standard Meeting Schedule The City Council Public Works & Planning Committee meets at 7:30 A.M. on the second Thursday of the month. Adjourn There being no further business brought before the Committee at this time, Councilman Kemna moved for adjournment, seconded by Councilma n Lester, and approved unanimously at 7:18 P.M.
