Regular meeting August 6 1929
Mayor Haebrouch called the meeting to order at 7:45 P.M.
The minutes of the previous regular meetingof July 2 were read
and approved as read.
Upon roll call the following members answered present:-Ehn,
Molander, McIntyre, Newman and Peterson. Absent Duncan.
Supt.C.C.Barnard of this division of the U.P.R.R. talked to
the board about the different signals used by the R.R. at their
crossings.
Mr.Gra.nt f the Signal Dept. also explained the differnt signals
being used.
After these talks McIntyre moved,Molander seconded: -The Board
ask the Union Pacific R.R.Officals to put in x Flash Light Signals
at the R.R. crossing on lst. St. {State Highway No.14) .One to be placed
on each side of the tracks at the right of traffic.Five voted aye
Duncan absent.The Clerk was asked to furnish the R.R.Co.With the
copy of the motion.

Molander moved,Ehn seconded: The bills be allowed.5 voted aye at roll call
Dnnaan absent.
The condition of the East end of 3rd. St was discussed and the
Board decided to ask the county to haul gravel in the mud hole.
The Clerk was instructed to send a sample of the City water to
Boulder University to be anylised.
The festival committee asked to bb allowed to place a Merry-go-
round at the Bank corner during the festival. This mater was turned
over to the Festival Com.to do as they saw fit.
F.Tinker reperted,in repairing Chas.Armstrong's meter,he found
the meter had been burnt out when it was thawed in the wint er. The
Clerk was instructed do send the repair bill to Mr. Armstrong.

the Mayor.
