The meeting of the Town Board was called to order at 7:45 P.M.
by Mayor Hasbrouck.
At roll call the following members answered present:-Duncan,Ehn,
Molander,Mclntvre, and Newman Peterson absent.
Minutes of previous regular meeting were read and approved as read.

in the Ault Booster on Aug.15,1929-22 &29 th.1°29.The franchise had
its first reading by Atty.Bliss.After which Molander moved Newman
seconded: -The Fran his the,H9.7 G & E1 ri� cjo. be passed on
its first reading; roe "a�i edt ye .Peterson absent.
Mr. Tegtmann bibught before the board the necessity of having the
license of outside auctioneers and peddlers who are non-residents,
high enough to protect the local merchants.It was found that Ordinance
No.62 gave the May r the authority to set the amount of the license
so as to do this.

Mr.Helmick spoke to the Board concerning the Town buying the First
Nation Bank Bldg. After some discussion the matter was tabled till
the next Regular meeting.
