AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
PROLOGIS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body that the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a lease agreement with Pro10gis for a portion of block four (4) lot one ( 1) to be
used as a parking facility for the Borough's Waterfront Park.
Adopted this 23rd day of November and
certified as a true copy of the original on
November 24, 2004.
