Ribbon Cutting Scheduled to Celebrate Completion of Sycolin
Road Widening Project
Leesburg, VA (June 17, 2020) – Please join Mayor Kelly Burk and Town Council Members in
celebrating the completion of the final phase of the Sycolin Road expansion .

Phase IV of the Sycolin Road improvement project began in summer 2018. It included widening
and upgrading the road from two to four lanes from the Route 15 bypass to the southern
corporate Town limits. Following recent milling and paving, the project is now complete.
