Roll call showed the following rnenber.s present:-Duncan,Ehn,Molander McIntyre and Peterson. Newman absent. Minutes of previous regular meeting were read and approved as read. Mr. McIntyre reported meeting_ with the Library Board and said: - The Library Board voted to ask the Town Board to take over the l ibrary, as they had gotten to a place where they had to incor- porate in order to do business legally and also they needed the help of the Town with the running expenses.No action was taken. The communications from other Towns relative to ordinances on cbjectional advertisements on bill -boards were read and only from Colo. Springs seemed to be near what was warted. Mc Intyre moved,Ehn seconded: -To table these communications and instruct the Clerk to make an investigation about the bills to be posted by Advertisement Co. in the future and communicate with the Better Busines:=� Bureau about this matter also. The Mayor reported the Board had decided to use the low ground on the side of the road to the Cemetery for a dump ground and the dumping would be under the supervision of J.M.Minnis andonly ashes and small trashshould be dumped there. The lowering: of the rent of the Fire House brought before the Beard. Mol an d er moved, Dunc an seconded: -That the Mayor ask the School Board to lower the rent of the Fire House from 15.
