At roll call,the following members answered present:-Duncan,Ehn, Mol ander, Newman and Peterson.Absent McIntyre. The minutes of the previous regular meeting were read and approved as read. A communication from the Out -Doer Advertisement Co.which stated;there would not be any more bills posted that showed a woman smoking or about to smoke. Upon roll call,all voted aye. A communication from the Public Utilities Commision was read and the clerk was instructed to send them a printed copy of Ordinance # 92. Newman moved, Duncan seconded: -The Board instruct the mar- shall;tc notify property owners that the Ordinance concerning ash pits would be inforced and they must repair the ash pits where needed. Upon roll call,all voted aye. After some discussion aboutthe Chemical Fire equipment,Newman rroved,Molander seconded: -The Board buy another kit of Shur - Stop fire extinguisher. At roll call,all voted aye. Molender moved,Newman seconded: -To ajourn subject to the call of the Mayor. Clerk /i Mayor Regular Meeting March 4 1930 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hasbrouck at 7:45 P.M. Upon roll call,the following members answered present:- funcan,Ehn,MolanderrMcIntyre,Newman and Peterson.Absent none. The minutes of the previous regular meeting were read and approved as read. Mr.Beckmon being present, asked the Board to permit him to put a bowling alley in his pool hall. He also asked the Board to collect the license orboth the pool.hall and alley quarterly After some discussion,Duncan moved,McIntyre seconded: -To give Mr.Beckmon and Mr. Cannon the privelege to pay their licences quarterly for one year only, in consideration of the conditions of the times. Upon roll call,all voted aye.Newman moved,Peterson seconded: -The ordinance cpncerning the licenseing of bowling alleys be comlied with and Mr.Beckmon be granted a permit and the license be collected quarterly for one year.At roll call, all voted aye. Mr. Ke.ly of Greeley spoke to the Board about the chemical fire extinguishers in use and what the different kindss of fires they used on and asked the Board to purchase some of his equip - men;. No action was taken. Mr. Powers called from Greeley and asked the Boardto purchase some more of the Shur -Stop kits. No action was taken. A communication from the Public Utilities Commission was read whichstated that the application of the Home Gas and Electric Co. covered Ordinance No.92 and also had the valuation of the property in Ault to comely with the requirrrents of the Commission. A letter from the State Insurance Inspection Bueaau stated the Shur -Stop hand grenades were not approved by the Underwriters
