Molander moved.,McIntyre seconed:-The bills be allowed.
At roll call,all voted ave.
Mr. Tegtrmann told the Board that the State was going to
widen the U.S.Highway No.85 10 feet and this would take cut the
first row of trees in the R,R.Pa_rk. He also stated that as soon
as the highway was surfaced, it would become a Through Highway
and and the cars would slow down for town but the cars on Main
street would be compelled to come to a stop before cfossing the
H i ghway . No . 85 .
Newman moved, EThn s econded: - The Mayor be included in a
Committee to meet with the State Poad meb at Denver and ask them
for paving from Eaton to the mile corner north of iult.Upon
roll call, all voted aye.
L M Duncan asked the Board the privelege to tape the water
main at the Young store corner for water for his add Southard
places east of town. Newsman moved,Ehn seconded: -To permit L.M.
Duncan and L. Southard to tap the water Train to furnish them
with water on their places at their own expense and to carry
the usual rates and terms of outside seer -vice.
Mr. Duncan also asked the Board to give him a release on
the special improvement tax of 1914 on the payment of 25.00
nor' -the same. McIntyre n oved,Molander seconded: -To accept
25.00 from L.M.Duncan to clear up the special improvement
tax and intrest on the tax asseded in 1914 by the town of Ault
on the Lots 30-31,B1k.7,lst addition to the Town cf Aul '.Upon
roll call,all voted aye.
The clerk was instructed to write for the prices on lawn-
mow:rs.for the Park.
McIntyre moved,Peterson seconded: -The Town hold its 'down
Election,April 1st 1930,for electing cne Ma''ror and three Trustees
for two years and also three Trusttees for cne year, their terms
to commence in April 1931. Upon roll call,all voted aye.
The following judges were selected:-C.A.Brayton,Mrs.J.S.Fulmer,
and Mrs,R.W.Peide1.Pete±son mcved,Mclander seconded: -To appoint
these as judges for the election. All voted aye.
Ehn,moved,McIntyre seconded: -To adjourn subject to the call
cf the Mayor.Motion carried.
