Mayor Hasbrouck called the meeting to order at 8:30 P.M.
The minutes of the previous regular meeting were read and approved
as corrected.
Upon roll call the f el?. awing members answered present: -Duncan,
Ehn,Molander,MC intyre and Peterson,Newman absent.
Mr.Tegtmann stated that the state was going to take out 3 or 4
trees from the south end of the R.R .Park, instead of the whole row
as was stated at the last meetin.g.Mc Intyre moved,Peterson seconded
To refer the removal of the trees to Liberty park, to the Mayor and
the park cornmitt:e.Upon roll call,all voted aye.
A communication from the Out -Test printing Co. ste_ted,the Atty.Gen,
'ave his opinion thus :That toens under 2000 population should hold
only one day of registration,one week before the town election.

Molander moved,Ehn seconded: -To allow the bills..At roll call
all voted aye.
Peterson nioved,Molander seconded: -To adjourn subject tc the
call of the Mavor. Motion carried.

S,eecial meeting April 4 1930
Because of some misunderstanding concerning the interptatien
of the new election law, the newly elected officersheld over to
this date.Present Duncan,Ehn,Mola der,McIntvre, ®bsent Newman. Peterson.
Mayor Hasbrouck called the meeting to order at 7:45 P.M.and
explained that the Town Atty. had stated the new officers were to
be sworn in as usual and that a motion to adjourn was in order.
Mc Intyre moved,?ewman seconded: -To adjourn Sine die. All voted aye
at roll call.

Mayor
C.L .Neisler N.P. swore in Jacob Hasbrouck as Mayor and Dr. ANderson
Victor Ehn, F. J.Mc Iniryiee, August Molander and John Newman, as Trustees,
for the terms of two years collectively. Dr. A . C.Mc Cain came in
shortly after and was sworn in by the Mayyr, as a trustee for two
years.
Prices of a new Moto-mowr were read and refered to the park comm.
A communication from the rrunicapal league was tabled.
Applications for appointive dffices were the next in order.
H.B.Srnith arplied for the position of town clerk and water supt.
Hits nomination was made by Newman and seconded by Ehn.The motion
bein7 put,all voted aye and Mr. Smith was decl^.red elected bubject
to the will of the board.
Mr.Tegtmann applied for the position of Day marshall. Newman
moved the nominations oe closed .411 voted ave.The motion was put
and T. . Tectmann was declared elected.
C.E.Hubbard and Ben Lacey had applications for night watchman,
Fhn moved,Molander seconded: -The nominations be closed. The motion
being put on the application of C.E.Hubbard,all voted aye and he
was declared elected subject to the will of th.e board.
