A meeting of the Orleans Planning Board was held in Room A of the Town
Hall. Present were: Chairman Alan Conklin, Vice Chair Stan Hart,
Nate Pulling, Sims Mcgrath and Town Planner Paul Halkiotis . Absent
were: George Walker and Tad Vautrinot.
The Board had an informal discussion with Larry Wilcox regarding filing
an amended subdivision plan for the Davis property, Harbor Road. In
a letter addressed to Town Planner Paul Halkiotis, from Larry Wilcox,
dated 5/7/96, Mr. Wilcox requested a meeting to discuss the proposed
amendment to a Subdivision Plan which was originally prepared for
Mildred C. Connors and approved by the Planning Board on August 9,
1994 .
It was the consensus of the Board that it would be acceptable to access
the Davis property in the Harbor Road layout via a 12 foot wide gravel
road from Seaview Road instead of from Champlain Road.
The Board discussed reorganization, and will continue the discussion
at the next Planning Board meeting.
Approval of Minutes
MOTION:On a motion by Nate Pulling, seconded by Stan Hart, the Board
voted to approve the minutes of 5/7/96.
VOTE: 3-0-1, Sims McGrath abstained.
Adjournment
MOTION:On a motion by Nate Pulling, seconded by Sims McGrath, the Board
moved to adjourn.
VOTE: 4-0-0, unanimous .
