Hug' Delaney and Wm. Hobbs had applications for park supt.
Mc Intvre moved,Mc Cain seconded: -The nominations be closed.The
motion being put for Hugh Delaney as park supt. all voted ave. and
he was declared elected,subjeat to the will of the board and
with this understanding that he should work any man that the board
or th. Mayor sent him.
Mr.Tegtra.nn presented the application of O.C.McWilliams as
police judge.Dr.Anderson moved,McIntyre seconded:-O.C.Mo it . ams
be elected as police judse. All voted aye at roll call. and he was
elected subject to the will of the board.
Anderson moved,McCain- seconded:-C.L.I'leisler be nominated as
Town Treasurer. The motion being put Mr.Yeislel was declared elected.
Molander moved,Mc Intvre seconded: -To cLarge .25 per load for
water to users out side to town limi ts. all voted ave at roll call
Newman moved,Mc Cain seconded:- Mr.Tegtmann be instructed to
order the alley and street by the Elmer andrewe place= cleaned up.
All vote ave at roll call.
Mc Intvre matld,Mc Cain seconded: -To have Clean-up day on May
ist an-' designate that Mr.Minnis and C s.Frve haul the trash.
All voted aye at roll call.
The following committees were appointed by the Mayor, to serve
for the insaeing term of two zrea.rs.

The Clerk wasinstructed to notify the pool halls to post notices
for minors who wish. to frequent their pool halls to have hermits
from their parents.
Anderson moved,Ehn seconded: -To adjourn subject to the call
of the Mayor.Motion carried.

Mayor Hasbrouck called the meeting to order at 7:45 P.M.
The minutes of the previous regular meeting and the special meeting
of April 4 were read and approved.
Roll call showed the following members present:-Ehn,Molander,
McIntyre,McCain and Newnan. Dr, And erson came in shortly afterward.

Mayor Hasbrouck stated that Mr.Knox asked the board to rent him
the town lots for a display lots for used cars.
McCain moved,Ehn seconded: -To rent the town lots to the Ault
Garage for display lots for used cars, if they would put up an
attractive front. Allvcted aye at roll call.
It was futher moved that the ton should have access to the toilets.
The marshal was instructed to notify property owners not to
run wash water in the gutters.
Newman moved,McCain seconded: -To instruct the clerk to notify
Win.Greaf not to drain his waist irrigation water into the street
at the pump house. All voted aye at roll call.
The painting of parking spaces was to left up to the marshal
if the commercial club did not do the work.
The marshal was instructed to notify BeTt.,-he,xt the U.P. agent
to instruct Bert Sart to clean up the rubbish just north of his
warehouse.
The question of the fire whistle was turned over to the Fire
& Police committee .
The following bills were by the finance comm. and approved.
