ORDINANCE NO. 1(D 06 1
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING A
BUDGET AMENDMENT WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND AND THE WASTEWATER
FUND TO ALLOW FOR THE SPENDING OF INSURANCE PROCEEDS RELATED TO
VEHICLE HAIL DAMAGE CLAIMS TO REPAIR THE DAMAGED VEHICLES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby granted a budget amendment within the General Fund
and the Wastewater Fund as indicated on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
Section 2. The City is authorized to utilize this money for the repair of hail
damaged vehicles. Any unspent related funds shall be reappropriated until all expenses
have been recognized. Any adjustments to the insurance proceeds can modify this
budget amendment upon approval by the City Administrator.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
