Regular meeting July 1 1930
Mayor. Hasbrouck called the meeting to order at 8:00 P -M.
At roll call the following members answered present: -Andersen,
Fhn, a olander McIntyre,McCain and Newman. Absent none.
The mibnutee of the previous regular meeting; aof June 3rd. and
the adjourned meeting of June 9th were read and approved as read.
A communication from the State Compensation Insurance Fund
elated the insurance p rteium should be paid by July 20 1930/
The quee-tion of insurance for the firemen was brought before the
Board and a sample policy was locked over.
Anderson moved, Molander seconded: -The Mayor appoint Dr. McCain
and F.J.Mclntyre to meet with the firemen to talk over the insurance
The motion carried.
Molander moved,McIntyre seconded: --To approve the deeds to the
cemetery lots to Forest and J.Y.Myers.Motion carried.
The followin g. bills wore road and approved by the Finance Comm.

the clerk to- draw- warrants for the amounts.Upon roll call all voted gye.
McIntyre moved,Molander seconded: -To refer the matter•of instaling
the pump and motor, standing on the floor of the pump house, in to the
Town well,to the T.T.Committee .still voted aye.
Mr. Tegtmann stated that Mr.Hubbard wished two weeks vacation.
The Mayor left the piching of the substitute, to Mr.Tegtmann and the
Police Comm.

Mayor Hasbrouck called the meeting to order at 8:00 7. .stating
the purpose of the meeting to be the hearing of any protests or
objections to the proposed curb and gutter district abcut to be
improved.
Minuted of the previ .us regular meeting were realand approved
as read.
Roll call showed the following members present : - t d e rson, E'hn, ="ola
Mol rider, Mclntyre, McCain and Newman.Yone absent.
There having been no objections to the proposal to establish the
improvement district district No. onethe clerk read the proposed
ordinance for establihing the improvement district No.1.The Beard
decided to held the matter over till the next week.
:!r.?,elder stated the proposed ordinance should be published in
the Ault Booster for three consecutive weeks after being passed en
its first reading.
McCain moved, Yewn an seconded: -To sub }it the proposed ordinance
to `r.Helly for -egal advice. Upon roll calf ave
