Adjourned meeting July 28 1930
Mayor Hasbrouck called the meeting to order at 7:50 P. .stating
the purpose of the meeting to be the reading of the proposed.
oriinance for improvement of district 170.1.
Poll call showed thefollowing members present :-Anderson, Ehn.
Esolander,Mclntyre,McFCain, !+nd Newman. Absent none.
The pro posed ordinance was read on its first reading.McIntyre
mbved,olander seconder: -To pees the oldinance en its first reading
and have it published in the Ault Booster for three consecutive
weeks, sand issue a call for bids on the work. Ayes, A:nderson,Ehn,
':Solander, .0Intyre,McCain and Newman. Nays none.
The -layor stated the First National Dank of Eaton had a dump
.r and on the George ?t cI(enaie place north of town,for which they
-anted 0 100.00 per year..After some discussion it was decided to
ask the county commissioners about a place near the Anderson place.
Anderson moved,cCsin seconded: -T_ adj ourn. Motion carried.

Mayor Hasbrouck called the meeting to order at 8.00 P...
The minutes of the adjourned meetings of July 21 and 28 were
r e ad and approved as read.
Roll call showed the following members present : -- Anderson, Ehn,
Mola.nder,Mclntyre,McCain and Newman.
Communications from the State Compensation Fund,State Firemen's
Association and At ty.T'elly were read and each stated that the
Firemen's Pension Fund which is in the bank can be ,used for any
member of the fire dept. in case of accident and also for burial in
case of death to the extent of l00, CO. None of these stated to what
extent the Town was liable.
William Tinker and D.Sivers,as representives of the fire dept..
talked to the Board along the same lines and said the dept. would
be glad to cooperate with the Town in order to straighten up the
insurance for the dept. Mr. McIntvre being one of the committ eethat
met with the Dept. said that the dept.was not wholely satisfied with
the policy that was presented them to lock over.There was _a sam.le
policy by the U.S.Fidelity and Guaranty Co. examined but as it did
not meet with approval noaction was taken.
Anderson moved,Newman seconded: -To leave the insurance matter
for futher investigation.Upcn roll call all voted aye.
F .V, Tinker gave his estimation of the cost of a presure tank
for the fire whistle of three hundred gallon capicity,to be x127.25
and the installing to be '' 15. CO. McIntyre moved,Anderson seconded: -
The W.W. Committee try out the fire whistle at eighty pounds presure
in order to determine if that amount of air would work the whistle
to the best adva ntage. All voted aye upon roll call.
The Board having asked for estmates for installing the new pump
and motor whoch is on the floor at the pump house into the well,Mr.
Harring for the electric work to be ' "
gave his estimate �;;;�29. CCU and
Tinker said that the installing the pipes to be `1100.00.
Mr.0liver declined to put a bid on the installing but introduced
M,Fr.McG.regory of los Angelos who explianed the turbine type of pump
and also gave prices on the same. The Mayor instructed the T`.T. coma,.
to look at the well platform and determine if it would hold the
additional weight, of the other pump.
The Mayor said he would talk over the matter of the dump ground
with the county commissioners and the First National Tank at Eaton .
