The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hasbrouck at 8:C0 P.M.

The minutes of the regular meeting of Augur adjourned

meeting of Au'ust 18 were read and approved as read.
Fred Greafe an: Oscar Ehn spoke to the Board about the tile through
the Wykert place, Mr. Graefe said that he did not think that the Town
should estimate the cost of the damage that the water was doing, to
his place.
The question of the dump ground was brought up and the Mayor stated
that the County Comm.'ave the Town the permission to dump their trash

There was some discussion about the insurance for the firemen but
no action was taken aithought Mr.Mclntvre sugested the Town furnish
the firemen with an agreeTent that covered the amount of the fire
Insurance Co.

clerk to draw warrants on the Treas .for the amounts .Mot ion carried.
McIntyre moved,Molander seconded: -To adjourn subject to the call
pf the•Mayor.Yotic n carried.

Mayor Hasbrouck called the meetingto order. at 7:45 P.".
The following members answered present at roll call: -Anderson,
Ehn,McIntyre,McCsin and Molander.Newman absent.
An assessment notice to be printed in the Ault Booster was read
and also some of the bills for the Improvement district. The Notice
was ordered to be placed in the ordinance bock.
The Mayor read the final tbstimate of the cost of the improvement
district iehick had been wade out by the engineer.
Lair. Brandt was present and asked for the bills so that he might run
over them with the engineer.

The minutes of the regular meeting of Sept.3 and a called meeting
of Sept. 29th. were read and approved as correct ed.7cntyre moved,
McCain seconded: -To approve the minutes as corrected.Motion carried.
A notice from the State Utilities Commission stated that the final
hearing cf the franchise of the Home gas and Electric Co.given by
the Town of .Ault would e held on the* 27th of Oct.193C, n. price list
from the American la -France Co. was also read. A communication from
Pigg and Son stated they would pay `12. CC for water used on the road.
