Resolution Appointing Dan Harvey to the
Sewer/Utilities Review Committee
WHEREAS, the City has established a Sewer/Utility Review Committee via Ordinance Chapter 96:
Sewer/Utilities Review Committee; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance 96 stipulates that six (6) members of the Committee shall be residents of the City
for a renewable term of three years; and,
WHEREAS, Dan Harvey, a resident of the City, has volunteered to serve as a community representative;
and,
WHEREAS, the City wishes to appoint Dan Harvey to the Sewer/Utility Review Committee; and,
WHEREAS, no actual monetary expenses will be incurred by this action.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA,
THAT:
SECTION 1: Dan Harvey is appointed as a community representative to the Sewer/Utility Review
Committee fora pro -rated three-year term beginning 09/12/2023 and ending 12/31/2025.
Passed and approved this 12th day of September 2023.
