A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE SELECTION OF ADMINSURE AS THE LIABILITY THIRD
PARTY ADMINISTRATOR
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood desires to obtain the services of a qualified
liability Third Party Administrator; and
WHEREAS, the number of firms qualified to act on behalf of the city is limited;
and
WHEREAS, 13 firms were sent Request for Proposals and six responded; and
WHEREAS, a panel interview was conducted and Adminsure had the most cost
effective and innovative proposal and has Spanish speaking staff readily
available; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
order, and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That City Council approve the contract with Adminsure for
liability Third Party Administrator services
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 2008.
