Regular meeting December 2 1930
This having been given for bills on the curb and gutter ob.
The. question of lowering of the pool hall licenses was brought
t
up and the Mayor stated that they were wil7.ing to pay for the
publishing of a new ordinance if the Eoard saw fit to lower them
Mc ntyre rncved,McCain seconded:- To lay the matter on the table
for further investi°.ation.Motion carried,The clerk was then
instructed to write to several to7ns of our size and ask them.

McCain moved, cIntyre -seconded: - The clerk ask the light company
for he use of poles to try out the fire siren. Mtion carried.
The question of a curfew was then discussed.McIntyre moved,
Anderson seconded -:-To enforce the curfew , b eginnix g December8
according to Ordinance .88,Sec 16.Maticn carried. •
Molaander moved,McCain seconded: -To dispense w_ :.h the X
tree for this year,Motion carried.
The matter of looking after the trash burners was left to
the Marshal.

Regular meeting January 6 1931
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. by Mayor Hasbrouck.
The minutes of the regular meetingof December 2 were read and
a -proved as read.
Anderson,Ehn,Mclntyre,McCain and Newman answered present upon
roll call.Molander absent.
A letter from J.M.Moseley of Denver stated that he had not
received 410.00 of his wages due dim from Mr.Brandt while in Ault
and asked if the Town had settled with 'fir. Brandt. T' e clerk was
instructed to write him that all accounts had been settled.
The communications from the clerks of Eaton,Windsor and Platte-
ville which stated the amounts they received from pool rail
licenses were about the same as Ault received.McCain moved,Newman
seconded: -To leave the poll hall licenses as they have been.
Anderson moved,Newman seconded: -To notify the picture show
that the yearly license was to be 425.00. Motion carried.
Newman moved,Mc0ain seconded: -To purchase the Fedelcode siren
which had been on trial. Motion carried.
The clerk's and the Treasurer's annual reports were read. The
Anderson moved,Ehn seconded: -To receive the reports as read and
instruct the clerk to have the Treasurer's report published in
the Ault Booster. Motion carried.
