Home My Public Portal About2023-081 Resolution Setting 2023 Halloween Trick-or-Treat Date and Hours in the City of Riverdale041firb o • i 4's'171aSo RESOLUTION 2023-081 Resolution Setting 2023 Halloween Trick -or -Treat Date and Hours in the City of Riverdale WHEREAS, Council desires that its residents and visitors should be able to enjoy Halloween trick -or -treat activities in the greatest safety and security; and, WHEREAS, Council wishes to coordinate its Halloween trick -or -treat activities with neighboring communities on Tuesday, October 31, 2023; and, WHEREAS, Council wishes to set the hours for Halloween trick -or -treat as 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, that: Section 1: The date for Halloween trick -or -treat shall be Tuesday, October 31, 2023. Section 2: The hours for Halloween trick -or -treat shall be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Passed and approved this 12th day of September 2023.
