The Board decided to order-arning cards for wrong parkir_g. of
automobiles on grain street.Mr.Tegtmann was, to take care of this.
The Mayor said that the State Engineer asked the Town to do
hat they could to get the Northern Implement Co. to rove their
building back from the Highway.

In the absense of Mayor Hasbrouch,the meeting was called to
order by victor Ehn,Mayor-'roTem. at 8:00 P.M.
Uponr roll call,the following members answered present: -Anderson
Ehr, Molander, Mcintvre,McCain and Newman.
The minutes of the latt regular meeting of Jan.6th were read
and approved as corrected.
A resolution,to be signed by the Town and the Highway Dept.
regulating the traffic on the highway was discussed and Atty.Felly
being present changed the original resolution as he thought that
it took all police power away from the Town.. The clerk was instructed
to send the revised resolution tb the highway dept,for their ap-
proval.McCain Noved,lewman seconded: -To adopt the resolution as
ch anged. All voted ave upon roll call.
McIntyre moved,Molander seconded: -To instruct the clerk to
inform Mrs.Kirkpatrick that her blacksmith shop should be moved
back of} t'e hihway.Motion carried.

approved by the same: -
