RESOLUTION 2023-084
Resolution Updating Certain Permit Fees in the City of Riverdale, Iowa
WHEREAS, on August 25, 2020, Council set driveway connection fees via Resolution 2020-67 A
Resolution to Adopt a Driveway Construction/Rehabilitation Review and Approval Process and Permit Fee
Schedule; and,
WHEREAS, on September 8, 2020, Council set sanitary sewer connection fees via Resolution 2020-72 A
Resolution to Approve Proposed Fees and Process for Permitting Sanitary Sewer Construction and
Rehabilitation in the City of Riverdale; and,
WHEREAS, on June 28, 2022, Council set excavation permit fees via Resolution 2022-43 Resolution
Adopting an Excavation in the Right -of -Way Permit Application and Fee; and,
WHEREAS, Council has not previously set Construction Site Erosion and Sediment Control (COSESCO)
permit fees via Resolution; and,
WHEREAS, the Public Works Operations Manager recommends the following updates to certain permit
fees:

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, that:
Section 1:
The above recommended sanitary sewer connection fees are approved pending the
passage of Ordinance 15-2023 An Ordinance Amending the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Riverdale, Iowa, by Amending Provisions Pertaining to Sewer Connection Fees.
Section 2: All other above recommended permit fees are hereby approved.
Section 3: All approved permit fees become effective on November 14, 2023.
