RESOLUTION NO. 88-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD DECLARING CERTAIN EQUII'riEN'C TO
SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZE AND DIRECT THE SALE
THEREOF
WHEREAS, certain equipment owned by the City has become
worn out and obsolete, therefore surplus to the needs of the
City and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the (:ity t.o sell
such equipment and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the equipment as listed as Exhibit
A and attached hereon is found and determined to be surplus .
Section 2. The City Manager and the Director of
Public Works are directed to cause the sale of said surplus
equipment .
Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of
February 1988.
