WHEREAS, The City of Moab adopts the 1994/1995 Fiscal Year
Budgets as follows:

4. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT/HOUSING
5. MILLCREEK PROJECT FUND
6. BOND REDEMPTION FUND

8. ENTERPRISE FUND (WATER)
9. ENTERPRISE FUND (SEWER)
10. YOUTH CITY COUNCIL FUND

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the minutes of the
meeting held June 14, 1994 be, and the same are, hereby
ordered to show the adoption of the proposed budgets for the fiscal
year 1994/1996, as presented to the Mayor and City Council.
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of the
Governing Body of Moab City Council this 14th day of June ,
