The meeting was called to order at 5:38 p.m. by Vice Chairman Jacobs.
Ms. LaRoche announced the “Script for Remotely Conducted Open Meetings” guidelines (attached).

Vote to Rescind-Town Wide Order/Advisory Cover Wearing
Vice Chairman Jacobs motioned to approve the following language regarding Covid regulations in the
Town of Hopkinton, MA:
The Board of Health voted on May 20, 2021 to rescind the existing face covering regulation in the Town of
Hopkinton MA. The Board of Health encourages residents to follow the guidance from the Governor,
Department of Public Health and Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
Chairman Whittemore seconded. Roll Call: Chairman Whittemore-Yes and Vice Chairman Jacobs-Yes
ADJOURN: Vice Chairman Jacobs motioned to adjourn the Board of Health Meeting at 5:50 p.m.
