Leesburg HUBZone Quarterly Business Meeting Postponed
Leesburg, VA (January 27, 2016) – The Town of Leesburg’s Economic Development Office has
postponed the quarterly HUBZone Business Meeting originally scheduled for Thursday, January
28, 2016. A new date and time for this meeting will be announced soon. Check our website for
updates about this event at www.leesburgva.gov/hubzone.
A program of the U.S. Small Business Administration, the HUBZone program helps small
businesses gain preferential access to federal procurement opportunities while increasing
employment opportunities in economically distressed areas. In an effort to assist local
businesses with navigating the HUBZone certification process, the Leesburg Economic
Development Office has partnered with local business owners who have completed the process
successfully to present quarterly information sharing meetings. These meetings are free and
open to all small businesses.
