A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITS'
OF LYNWOOD ALLOCATINGAN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF
$9,500 TO ATLANTIC AVENUR RECONSTRUCTION
PROJECT (5-5065) BUDGET FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF TWO (2) CONCRETE BUS PADS

WHEREAS, on November 3, 1987, Sully Miller Contracting
Company was awarded a construction contract for $298,878.29 for
said project; and
WHEREAS, during the construction work, it, has become
apparent of the need to construct two concrete bus pads not
originally included in the project; and
WHEREAS, the construction of concrete bus pads is a
proven method of reducing pavement repair maintenance; and
WHEREAS, it is advantageous to the City to construct
the two (2) bus pads now that the work is underway.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1: That the City Manager or his designee is
authorized to make the following amendment and transfers:

Section 2: This resolution shall become effective
