A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE SIDEWALK RECONSTRUCTION
PROJECT NO. 5-5081. OF (FY 1986-87)
WHEREAS, on August 18, 1987, the City Council authorized
~, staff to advertise for bids for the Sidewalk Reconstruction Project;
and
WHEREAS, a bid opening was held on October 6, 1987, and
FAV Engineering was the low bidder; and
WHEREAS, the construction was started on November 9,
1987, and. completed on January 11, 1988.
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project and found. Y,hat it
was complete in accordance with plans and specificat.i.ons; and
WHEREAS, the final construction cost is $49,125.50.
NOW, THERRFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood.
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood accept the
Sidewalk Reconstruction Project as being completed in accordance
with contract documents.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
