Mayor Has Brouck called the meeting to order at 8:0C P.M.
Anderson ,Ehn,Mclntyre end Newman present.Molander end McCain absent.
The State Sanitary Board reported the sample of the Town water
to be free of B.Ccli.
Mr. Robertson of the pool hall being present asked the Board for
a reduction in the license but after some discussicn,the follOwtng
motion was made.by Anderson and seconded by Ehn:To allow the poll hal 1
one quarters license and refund of the yearly license already
paid by him .All present voted ave.
The following bills were read by the finance comr'ittee and
approved by the same:

The meeting was called to order by Mavor Hasbrouck at 7:45 P..'.
The follcwil g members answered present at roll call: Anderson,Ehn,
Molender, ` cIntyre and «.cCa.in.1 ewman absent.
The minutes of the regular meeting cf Sept.B were read and approved
as read.
The tax levy for the followin.7 year was discussed and the following
notion was made by Anderson and seconded by Ehn: Ee it resolved and
ordered by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault, That there be
and is }hereby levied for:
General purposes 3.5 mills
Intrest 4.0 mills
Pay►„ent of bonds 5.5 mills
Special improvement 3.0 mills
Library .5 mills
Toted 16.5 mills
The assessed valuation for the year of 1931 was
voted all present voted aire.Motion carried.
After some disscussic'n about the Town paving for service pipes
from the main to the property line along 4th st. on the east side
McCain moved,Ehn seconded:That the Town Board refuse to pay for the
service lines from the main tc the r'rcperty line along 4th e t.
the east side. Motion carried.
It was decided to leave the stop sign at the Clarke station, in
the place that it is at present.
The necces ity o#' a speed limit ordinance along the highway was
discussed and the Mayor instructed to take the matter up with Atty.
