A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
PROPERTY OWNER (FIGUEROA) FOR ABATEMENT OF
CODE VIOLATIONS.
WHEREAS, the Buyer (Juan and Hilda Figueroa) of the
residential property known as 4291 Josephine Street, Lynwood,
accepts City staff's determination of scope of corrective work
to be performed in order to bring the subject property into
compliance with Code; and
WHEREAS, the Buyer accepts the timeframe established by
staff to perform the referenced corrective work; and
WHEREAS, both the Buyer and the City desire to proceed
diligently in the performance of their mutual obligations as
stated in the attached Agreement, hereto referred to as Exhibit
A, in order to expeditiously correct all identified Code
violations.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, determine, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. The attached resolution is hereby adopted
approving the attached Agreement and directing and aut}rarizir;g
the Community Development Director to sign.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
