A RESOLUTION OF THE CITI' COUNCIL OF THE CITI'
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING AN ACIENDMENT TO THE
FY 1987-88 BUDGET.

WHEREAS, the Code Enforcement budget has a projected
deficit of $2,000.00 for operating supplies; and
WHEREAS, the Code Enforcement budget has a projected
surplus..; of monies in excess of $2,000.00 in the salaries account;
and
WHEREAS, there is a need to acquire necessary office and
operational supplies for the operations of the Code Enforcement
activities.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby approve the
amendment to the budget.
Section 2. That the City Manager or his designee is
hereby authorized to appropriate $660.00 from Account No. 1-4568-
4101 (Salaries) to Account No. 1-4568-4212 (Operating supplies)
and $1,340.00 from Account No. 28-4568-4101 (Salaries) to Account
No. 28-4568-4212 (Operating supplies).
Section 3. This resolution shall go into effect
immediately upon its adoption.
