building entrance off of alley named Handley Way.

Case No. P20006 – 2715 Route CC, Rezoning from C-1 to RS-2. Request filed by Sarah and Andy Cain,
property owners, for a rezoning of 2.98 acres of property from C-1 Neighborhood Commercial to RS-2
Single Family Residential. The property is located on Route CC 900 feet south of the intersection of Route
C and Route CC and is described as Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22,
Township 44 North, Range 12 West, Jefferson City, Missouri.

following, Transportation and Environmental Resiliency chapters of the draft Comprehensive Plan.
This discussion will build upon the drafting of the comprehensive plan.
