In the absense of Mayor Hasbrouck the meeting was called to order
by Victor Ehn, savor ProTem.at 7:30 P. -'.The ?savor cane in later.
Andere'n,Ehn,olander,McIntvre McCain and Newnan,answered present
at roll call.
Minutes of the regular meeting of 3an.5 were read and approved
as read.
Harrah Cannon came bdfore the -Board and asked that the pool hall
licenses be lowered.Thie was left until the Mayor should return.
The speed limit ordinance was discussed again and the clerk was
instructed to re nd the rya\nor that the state had passed laws design
ating what speed cars should travel on the highway.
The following bills were read by the finance committee and passed
by the same:

Anderson moved,Newwan seconded:To allow the bills and instruct the
clerk to draw warrants on the Treasurer for the Amounts.Motion carr= ed.
It was decided to enforce the crdinance concerning the property
owners keening their sidewalks clean of snow. This was left to Mr.
Tegtmann. Af ter some discussion abut reducing the wages of the cI- -
apnoin.tive officers, Anderson moved,Molander seconded:To reduce the
wages of the clerk to 100.00 per month and the night watchman's
to 50.00. otion carried.
McIntyre moved, Anderson seconded: T'- a,t there be no change made in
the ordinance concerning the pool hall licenses. Motion carried.
Newnan moved, Ehn seconded: To ad:i ourn. riot ion carried.
