Resolution Appointing John Hylton to the
Sewer/Utilities Review Committee
WHEREAS, the City has established a Sewer/Utility Review Committee via Ordinance Chapter 96:
Sewer/Utilities Review Committee; and,
WHEREAS, Ordinance 96 stipulates one member of the Committee shall be a representative from
Arconic for a renewable term of three years; and,,
WHEREAS, John Hylton, Staff Environmental Engineer, Arconic, has agreed to serve as Arconic's
representative; and,
WHEREAS, the City wishes to appoint John Hylton to the Sewer/Utility Review Committee; and,
WHEREAS, no actual monetary expenses will be incurred by this action.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA,
THAT:
SECTION 1: John Hylton is appointed as Arconic's representative to the Sewer/Utility Review Committee
for a three-year term beginning 09/26/2023 and ending 12/31/2025.
