A RESOLUTION OF THE CZTY COUNCIL OF THF. CITY OF LYNWOUD
AUTHURIZINC THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS/CI'PY ENGI:NF.ER
OF SAID CITY TO PREPARE A REPORT UN THE LIGHTING ASSESSMENT
DIS'PRIC'I' OF St\ID CITY AS PROVIDED FUR UNDER 'PHE "LANDSCAPING
ANll LIGHTING ACT OF 1972" (PART TWO OF llIVFS1ON 15 OF"PHE
STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA) I'OR
FISCAL YEAR 19$8-89)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood did,
on June 23, 1981, adopt Resolution No. 81-80 ordering the
formation of the Lynwood Lighting Assessment District; and,
WHEREAS, there are no new improvements or any-
substantial. changes in i;he existing improvements planned as
listed in Resolution No. 87-69, and adopted by said City Council.
on June 2, '1981; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works/Ci.ty Engineer is
required by Seetion No. 22623 of the Streets and Highways Code to
file an annual report,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved 6,v the City Council of
the City of Lynwood that the Director of Public A'orks/City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and file a report in
relation to said district, all in accordance with Part 2,
Di-vision 15, of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California, as amended.
This resolution shall is}ce effect immediately upon its
adoption.
